Hi, Thanks for visiting my webpage. My name is Valerie, and I am a salsaholic.

 

After years of unsatisfactorily searching for an authentic taste experience, my attempts at making salsa began. It had to have zingy flavor, without too much heat. Also, tons of fresh cilantro and veggies were a must. It took many rounds of trial and error to get the recipe "just right". One of the first batches was quite soupy! Now though, the results are in: this is one crazy good salsa.
